Adventures in Time and Space

Card 1. How long would you wait for your true love stamps?  You don’t have to wait 2,000 years to get your hands on this adorable centurion.

For this project I made an ink background with distress inks.  I traced a cube from the Grundge paper pack.  The hanging vines are made from the ocean scene craft die.

For this card I made a galaxy background with distress oxide inks.

Leaving some white space creates a deeper variance of color

Distress Oxide Black Soot works best for this effect, you don't have to cover the whole card with it, just a light dusting in some spots works great.

Acrylic paints are great for black and white splatters

Viola! Galaxy background achievement unlocked.
